Steve did a great job of fixing my garage door opener. He is pleasant and very nice. Door works great.

I called three different companies for quotes. Overhead Door™ was the only company to come to my home and provide an estimate. Throughout the entire process from sales to service after the sale they were just great and listened to my concerns.

Our call for routine maintenance was completed next day. Bottom door molding and gasket was replaced as well as adjusting springs and lubricating both doors. Very happy with service and at a reasonable cost.

Living nearly 45 mi from the metro, I wasn’t sure if Overhead Door™ would come out to help with our garage door issue. The scheduler who answered the phone was so nice and personable. She told me, YES! We come out to your area. In fact, we have a technician who lives in your town! Rick came the next day. He was punctual and polite. I wasn’t surprised when he told me my options and I went with putting on a whole new garage door opening system. He was only there maybe an hour and that was accessing the issues, explaining everything and installing the new opener, keypad & programming the keypad and two remotes. This door is so very quiet! I’ve had several remarks about it and I am totally pleased!

The gentleman who came out was on time. He helped me with everything I needed. What I wanted to have done was not feasible, but he came up with a different solution for me. We needed a custom-built door installed quickly. Dustin came out, measured and quoted us exactly what we would pay. The day they were scheduled they showed up, on time, D.J. proceeded to put up my new garage door in the middle of a blizzard — no excuses or postponements. The door is perfect. We are very impressed all the way around.

These folks are great. I called late in the day with a broken torsion spring, and they were here before noon the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Overhead Door is by far the best in Iowa.
