The majority of operators don’t come with a reset button, actually. With that being said, unplugging the unit, waiting 60 seconds, and plugging it back in does work occasionally. This process allows the internal computer chip to re-cycle itself.

Every torsion spring replacements is covered by one-year labor warranty that starts on the date of your service. Our warranties cover defects in material or workmanship, and the spring itself has a four year warranty. All-in-all, your warranty lasts a total of five years.

Starting on the date of your service, extension spring warranty is covered by one year of labor and one year on the spring itself.

Starting on the date of your service, any garage door part or accessory we’ve replaced is covered for 90 days. Labor is covered for 30 days.
