All information on the operator options available to you can be found in our Garage Door Opener section.
How do I reset my operator?
The majority of operators don’t come with a reset button, actually. With that being said, unplugging the unit, waiting 60 seconds, and plugging it back in does work occasionally. This process allows the internal computer chip to re-cycle itself.
What is the warranty for torsion spring replacement?
Every torsion spring replacement is covered by one-year labor warranty that starts on the date of your service. Our warranties cover defects in material or workmanship. The spring itself has a five-year warranty.
What if I need to replace other parts? How long are your parts and labor warranties?
Starting on the date of your service, any garage door part or accessory we’ve replaced is covered for 90 days. Labor is covered for 30 days.
How do I change the code on my keypad?
There will be detailed instructions on resetting your code included with your keypad. Please call our Service Department if your keypad isn’t pictured in the instructions.
